Collect Arrear Client Transactions for Utility Services (CACTUS)

The CACTUS program allows you to transfer outstanding utility fees or charges unpaid after December 31st to the Ministry of Finance property tax account to be collected as taxes in arrears under Section 363.2 of the Local Government Act. Please note that you are downloading only the CACTUS program, which does not contain any data.
