There are three types of tax returns. A General return is used when an exemption is not being claimed. The First Time Home Buyers' return is used when applying for this exemption. The Special return is used for claiming all other exemptions. These returns are SAMPLE VERSIONS ONLY and cannot be used to file transfers at the Land Title Office.

Most law firms and notaries have supplies of the tax returns or they can be obtained from any Land Title Office, Service BC-Government Agent office.
